Strong little sucker! Impressively so.
Just the right size for my work bench. Comes on and off the wall easily.
I hate vacuums with bags, so I ordered the filter, Shop-vac 901-15-19, which allows bagless use. It fits decently well. The blue cloth filters would work, too, but they would need to be cut and secured creatively, as the stock securer won't fit the micro.
Anyway. Great vac. I'll update in several months with how it ages. If I forget, no news is good news. Speaking of which: hello, people of the future! I speak to you from July 2nd, of two-thousand twelve!!!

I missed the fact that the vacuum uses disposable bags that is an unexpected expense and that it connects to a wall by a slot in the side which works marginally for my situation. Price was great and it seems to work well.

This is a great little unit. It is light yet very powerful. We use it around the kitchen to get crumbs and food particles from the kids. It doesn't hold much as other reviewers have noticed but for us just picking up very small pieces it will take at least 6 months before we need a new bag. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that I had to buy some extension tubes (2) so that I could stand up and walk around the kitchen without bending over. I am tall (6'6") and so that was important to me. However, even if you are 5'6" you would still need extensions tubes or else you are on your knees. Makes it a bit trickier to store with the longer tubes but we have room in a closet so it works. Kids can use it too it is so light and easy.
